Alton Pointe Apartments and Woodland Park Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The Madison County Housing Authority (MCHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments at Alton Pointe Apartments and Woodland Park Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least March, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application that is online here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Madison County Housing Authority (MCHA), Application Department, 2 Eastport Plaza Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234.
2. Dropped off in person to the MCHA Central office, located at the address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
