Fort Wayne, Indiana Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Fort Wayne Housing Authority (FWHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 17, 2020, until March 18, 2020.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the online paper application.
3. Pick up an application from the FWHA.

Once the application has been completed, it was either:

1. Postmarked by March 18, 2020, and mailed to the Fort Wayne Housing Authority.
2. Dropped off in person to the FWHA.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

1. Working
2. Resident of the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana
3. The rest of the preferences are listed on the application

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
