The Fort Wayne Housing Authority (FWHA) Near-Elderly (55+) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list for apartments at Brooklyn Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application that is available online here. Select the "Download" link for "Brooklyn Manor application" in the Applicant Documents section.
