Housing Authority of Cynthiana Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Cynthiana (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAC offers one Public Housing community with 261 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 148 Federal St., Cynthiana, KY 41031, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm, on Tuesdays.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, bank statements, and a list of previous landlords for the past three years.The HAC does have a preference for applicants who live in Cynthiana.For more information, call the HAC office at 859-234-5578, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
