The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) will accept waiting list applications for 3-bedroom apartments at Scattered Sites and Hollywood Heights from August 1, 2024 at 8:00 am, until August 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm CT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in February, 2024
