Eligibility
The Falmouth Housing Authority Mod Rehab waiting list for Single Room Occupancy apartments at Gerald Flynn House is currently open.
Applications are being accepted for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of August, 2020, until further notice.
Please note: According to the FHA, "This housing program provides permanent supportive housing for seven (7) homeless individuals. Applicants must be homeless and at least 18 years of age."

This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Examples incl: Physical or Mental Abuse; Law enforcement recommends rehousing; hate crimes victim; Inaccessibility due to impairment; HUD Disposition of multi-family projects; Homeless Title 42 U.S.C.
- Do you live in substandard housing (no running water, heat, etc.)? A homeless family is considered to be living in substandard housing.
- Do you pay more than 50% of your gross monthly income for rent and utilities (gas, electric)?
- Do you currently live or work in the Town of Falmouth? Work is defined as working 15 hrs per wk/more for the past six (6) mo. Live is defined as being a current resident for the most current 6 mo.
- If you are not a resident of the Town of Falmouth, do you live or work (for the most current 6 months) in counties of Barnstable, Dukes or Nantucket.
- Are you or your surviving spouse (still married at the time of death) a Veteran of the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge?
- Did you receive a DIAL voucher from Barnstable, Falmouth or Bourne housing authorities and you are no longer eligible for the voucher (i.e. your family size has increased)?
- Non-elderly persons with disabilities transitioning out of institutional and/or other segregated settings, at serious risk of institutionalization, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless
