Aitkin and Mille Lacs County, Minnesota Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Aitkin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on a limited basis.

The ACHRA is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm CT, until further notice.

Please note: According to the ACHRA, this waiting list is "for residents of Aitkin & Mille Lacs counties."

There are four ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application available here.
2. Pick up an application from the ACHRA office, located at 215 3rd St. SE, Aitkin, MN 56431.
3. Call (218) 927-2151 to request an application by email. Applications will not be mailed.
4. Send an email to [email protected]

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in Aitkin & Mille Lacs county.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
