Eastern Townhomes Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedrooms apartments at Eastern Townhomes is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must have be mailed to the Clay County HRA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
