Clay County, Minnesota Limited Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on a limited basis.

The CCHRA is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the CCHRA, this waiting list is "for the following preference category:

•  Families who contain a member under age 50 with a disabling condition who reside, work, or have been offered employment in Clay County, MN".

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Call (218) 233-8883, extension 2 to request an application by mail.
2. Pick up an application at the CCHRA, Suite 201, 715 11th St N, Moorhead, MN (Family Service Center), by appointment Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
3. Mail the Clay County HRA, 116 Center Ave E, PO Box 99, Dilworth, MN 56529, to request an application by mail.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Families who contain a member under age 50 with a disabling condition who reside, work, or have been offered employment in Clay County, MN.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
