Northwest Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

Please note: The Northwest Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority covers the Counties of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk (with limited availability city of Crookston), Red Lake, Roseau and Lake of the Woods, MN.

The Northwest Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (NMMCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the NMMCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 205 Garfield Ave., Mentor, MN 56736, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 128, Mentor, MN 56736, or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Be sure to include Social Security Cards for each household member with the pre-application.
