This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Plymouth, Minnesota

The Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (PHRA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 9, 2024 at 9:00 am, until July 11, 2024 at 4:30 pm CT

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $43,500 | 5 Persons $67,100
• 2 Persons $49,700 | 6 Persons $72,050
• 3 Persons $55,900 | 7 Person $77,050
• 4 Persons $62,100 |

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences: Involuntarily displaced by natural disaster, government action, owner action, domestic violence, or hate crime; homeless and living in a shelter or transitional housing; rent burdened; live or work in Hennepin County; head of household is unable to work due to disability

Selection Process

500 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
