3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCDA) 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 5, 2020, until March 11, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 4 Persons $50,000 | 8 Persons $66,000
• 5 Persons $54,000 | 9 Persons $70,000
• 6 Persons $58,000 | 10 Persons $74,000
• 7 Persons $62,000 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
