Prior Manor Apartments, 1-Bedroom, Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCCDA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Senior (62+)/Disabled Public Housing apartments at Prior Manor Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 4, 2019, until September 30, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note:

• The SCCDA Senior/Disabled Public Housing program offers 1-Bedroom units at Prior Manor Apartments.
• The SCCDA does not offer a Family Public Housing program.

There were four ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application at the SCCDA offices.
2. Download and print the application online.
3. Call to request an application by mail.
4. Send an email to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Mailed to the SCCDA.
2. Dropped off at the SCCDA.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
