Rural Development Waiting List

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SCCDA) Rural Development waiting list is currently open, since at least February 6, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: The SCCDA Rural Development program offers 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom units at the Britland Apartments in Jordan; and Efficiency, 1, and 2-Bedroom units at the Belle Haven Apartments in Belle Plaine.

There are four ways to apply: 

1. Download and print the application online here. Scroll down and select the "Rural Development Waiting List: Open" title, and select the application link in the list that appears.
2. Pick up an application at the SCCDA offices, located at  323 South Naumkeag, Shakopee, Minnesota, 55379; Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 4:15 pm; and Friday from 8:00 am until 12:15 pm (Friday hours are from 8:00 am until 11:45 am in the summer months).
3. Call (952) 402-9022 to request an application by mail.
4. Send an email to [email protected] to request an application by mail.
