Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan County, Minnesota Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The South Central Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SCMMCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from June 6, 2018 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice. It is not known when the waiting list was last open.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here.
2. Call (507) 345-1977 or (800) 733-9564 to request an application through mail by leaving a clearly spoken request for the Housing Choice Voucher application along with name and mailing address, including zip code.
3. Pick up an application at the offices of SCMMCHRA located at 422 Belgrade Avenue, Suite 102, North Mankato, Minnesota, 56003 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, on Fridays.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Persons who live, work or attend school locally.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
