Wake County, North Carolina Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

To apply, download and print the application online here. Click the link in Step 1 under "How To Apply For Housing."

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed with all required documents to:

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, Wake County resident, working at least 35 hours per week for at least 24 months.
