Public Housing Waiting List

The Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print the application online here. Scroll down and click the link for an application for an open waiting list.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed with all required documents to the intake office identified below the application link.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, Wake County resident, working at least 35 hours per week for at least 24 months.
