Davidson County, North Carolina Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Davidson County, North Carolina.

The Thomasville Housing Authority (THA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Davison County from February 6, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: "THA will be Accepting in-person Applications only for Davidson County Waiting List from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, (only) at 201 James Avenue, Thomasville, NC 27360."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the application in person at the THA office, located at 201 James Ave, Thomasville, NC 27360, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, until 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET. Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
2. Pick up an application in person at the THA office, address mentioned above prior to application In-take days, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
