Eligibility
The Wilson Housing Authority (WHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Eatmon Townhomes from January 16, 2024, until February 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen
This waiting list was for the following property:
- Eatmon Townhomes - located in Wilson County, North Carolina
To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to:
- Pick up an application at one of the following locations:
- Whitfield Homes office
- WHA Admin office
Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:
- Dropped off at: Whitfield Homes office
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Involuntary Displacement
- Veteran/Homeless
- Working Family
- Defined as being self-employed, working an average of 20 hours or more a week for at least 11 months, or being seasonally employed for 2 years with the current employer and working 20 hours a week or more). Includes persons 62 years or older
- Homeless Families with Case Management Support
- Homeless Victims of Domestic Violence
It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences
