This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Englewood, New Jersey

The Englewood Housing Authority (EHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 10, 2024 at 8:30 am, until July 24, 2024 at 4:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in July, 2023

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $43,350 | 5 Persons $69,950
• 2 Persons $51,800 | 6 Persons $75,150
• 3 Persons $58,300 | 7 Person $80,300
• 4 Persons $64,750 | 8 Persons $85,550

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preference:

• Residents who live and/or work in The City of Englewood.

Selection Process

300 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
