The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) is accepting Non-Elderly Disabled Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments at Pennrose I from June 1, 2023 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.
