San Miguel County, New Mexico Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Bernalillo County Housing Department (BCHD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for San Miguel County is currently open, from June 5, 2018 at 8:00 am MT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application here.

The waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by natural disaster, terminated from assistance due to lack of funding, homeless persons, working, elderly persons, disabled persons, veterans, and foster youth (this preference not open to the general population).

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
