Public Housing Waiting List

The Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) Public Housing waiting list for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from April 19, 2021 until October 5, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the MVPHA to request an application.
3. In person at the MVPHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
