Public Housing Waiting List

The Northern Regional Housing Authority (NRHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, call the NRHA at (575) 758-2460 to request an application by mail or email.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Northern Regional Housing Authority, 525 Ranchitos Rd, Unit 962, Taos, NM 87571.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
