Patchogue, New York Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Village of Patchogue Community Development Agency's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list is opening soon.

The Patchogue CDA will accept applications for this waiting list from November 4, 2022, until, November 10, 2022.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be postmarked between November 4, 2022 and November 10, 2022 and mailed to the Patchogue CDA Waiting List, P.O Box 719, Patchogue, NY 11771.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $50,900 | 5 Persons $78,500
• 2 Persons $58,150 | 6 Persons $84,300
• 3 Person $65,400 | 7 Persons $90,100
• 4 Persons $72,650 | 8 Persons $95,900

There are no preferences.

300 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
