The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills and The Davis, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment at The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills and The Davis apartments from September 7, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills, located at 3160 W. 33 Street, Cleveland, OH 44109. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.
• The Davis, located at 10527 Orville Ave, Cleveland, OH 4410. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work within Cuyahoga County
• Mobility Demonstration Preference for families with at least one child aged 13 or younger, and who currently reside in a high poverty census tract.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
