Medina County, Ohio Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 12, 2021, until an unconfirmed close date in August, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were five ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. In person at the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Center.
3. Pick up a paper application from the MMHA office foyer.
4. Call the MMHA to request an application by email or mail.
5. Send an email to the MMHA.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority.
2. Dropped off at the MMHA drop box.

Please note: According to the MMHA, "Please know that completed e-mailed applications will not be accepted."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

The waiting list closed after 500 applications were received.
