This housing authority offers 149 public housing units in nine communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation number, please write that number down for future reference. Please Note: Before you submit your application please print out the forms that need to be signed. Once they are signed, mail out within 5 business days to activate your application.

This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Cumberland County, single parent with a child under six years old, CCRA displaced, elderly, disabled, or working.
