This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB) waiting list for Market Rate Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACB, "These are fixed rent units available for persons whose income does not qualify them for Public Housing."
