Snyder and Union County, Pennsylvania Section 8 HCV

The Snyder County Housing Authority (SCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of July 26, 2023, until further notice

To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application in person outside the SCHA office, located at 106 Drake Court, Middleburg, PA 17842

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $24,600 | 5 Persons $37,950
• 2 Persons $28,100 | 6 Persons $40,750
• 3 Persons $31,600 | 7 Person $43,550
• 4 Persons $35,100 | 8 Persons $46,350

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in Snyder County

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences
