Cranston, Rhode Island Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Cranston Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 1, 2024, until February 14, 2024.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $35,850 | 4 Persons $51,200
• 2 Persons $41,000| 5 Persons $55,300
• 3 Persons $46,100 | 6 Person $59,400

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
