The Housing Authority of Myrtle Beach (HAMB) waiting list for Senior (62+) apartments at Villas at Swansgate is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice. 

To apply during the opening period, visit the HAMB office, located at 605 10th Avenue N. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
