Etowah Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Etowah Housing Authority (EHA)Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

Etowah, TN is about 60 miles northeast of Chattanooga, TN.

To apply, visit the EHA to pick up an application, located at 400 Sunset Dr., Etowah, TN 37331, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm), on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all earned and unearned income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The EHA does have a preference for elderly and disabled applicants.
