Elderly Designated Housing Other Senior Waiting List

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) last accepted Elderly Designated Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of February, 2019, until January 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application. 

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
