Harrison County, Texas Section 8 HCV

The Marshall Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 3, 2023 at 8:00 am, until April 17, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Pick up an application from the MHA office, located at 1401 Poplar St, Marshall, TX 75670, at the following times:
   • 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

   • 8:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesdays

   • 8:00 am until 4:00 pm on Fridays

2. Download and print the paper application here

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
