This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in North Chesterfield and Richmond, Virginia

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) will accept Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waitlist applications for Watermark Gardens, Blackwell Senior Cottages and Winchester Forest Apartments from June 24, 2024 at 8:30 am, until June 26, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Watermark Gardens - located at 6050 Hendry Ave, N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Senior 55+ and older

• Blackwell Senior Cottages - located in Richmond, VA. Seniors 62+ and older

• Winchester Forest- located at 2701 Drewry's Bluff Rd, North Chesterfield.
