Red Clover Commons Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Brattleboro Housing Authority (BHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Red Clover Commons is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021 until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Print the online paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Vermont State Housing Authority, 1 Prospect Street, Montpelier, VT 05602.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
