This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Brattleboro, Vermont.

The Brattleboro Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Brattleboro Housing Partnerships apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the BHA, applicants "must be either a family or elderly/non-elderly disabled to apply."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live, work or have notice to work in: Brattleboro, Vernon, Guilford, Halifax, Marlboro, Newfane, Brookline, Putney, or Dummerston, VT.
• Disabled
• Formally Homeless and currently living in a permanent supported housing program or rapid rehousing project (shelter plus care, transitions to housing, family supported housing, youth transitional housing).

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
