The Community Action Center (CAC) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Whitman County on August 6, 2024 at 8:00 am, until August 12, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in February, 2023

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Whitman County Residency – Applicant currently resides in Whitman County
• Risk of Homelessness/Institutionalization
• Disabled, Head of Household/Co-Head/Spouse
• Elderly, Head of Household/Co-Head/Spouse

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
