Dodge County Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Dodge County Housing Authority (DCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list was opened in May 2011 and is open indefinitely. 

To apply, download the application here. One the application is completed, it can be e-mailed to [email protected], faxed to 920-386-2725, mailed to 491 E. Center St., Juneau, WI 53039 or submitted in person at that address.

Once an application has been submitted, it will be processed and assigned a number in the order it was received. This means there is an advantage to filling out an application earlier than others.

The DCHA has many families on its waiting list, and warns applicants that the waiting time to receive a voucher may be long. As of June 2015, the DCHA is currently processing applications through number 2011-112.

To check your stat us on the waiting list, call the DCHA at 920-386-2866.

When your name has reached the top of the waiting list, you will be contacted by mail to make an appointment with the DCHA for an interview. If there are any changes to your application such as mailing address and income changes, notify the DCHA immediately. If the DCHA is unable to reach you, your application will be terminated.
