Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) Elderly, Near-Elderly, and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Becher Court, Cherry Court, Convent Hill, Highland Gardens, Holton Terrace, Lapham Park, Merrill Park, Olga Village and Westlawn Gardens Mid-Rise is currently open.
The HACM is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.
- Becher Court has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
- Cherry Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- Convent Hill has 1-Bedroom units.
- Highland Gardens has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
- Holton Terrace has 1-Bedroom units.
- Lapham Park has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
- Merrill Park has 1-Bedroom units.
- Olga Village has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
- Westlawn Gardens has 1-Bedroom units.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
- 1 person $29,550 | 5 persons $45,600
- 2 persons $33,800 | 6 persons $49,000
- 3 persons $38,000 | 7 persons $52,350
- 4 persons $42,200 | 8 persons $55,750
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Elderly (62+ years of age and older)
- Near elderly (50 - 61 years of age and older), and/or disabled (18 years of age and older)
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
