This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Housing Authority of the City of South Milwaukee (doing business as Parkcrest Housing) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from June 17, 2024, until July 18, 2024

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application

2. Pick up an application from the Parkcrest Housing office, located at 2906 6th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI 53172. Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Once the paper application is complete, it must be: Hand delivered in person at the Parkcrest Housing office, address mentioned above

Applicants must supply the following documents when bringing in their completed application:

• Original Birth Certificates and Original Social Security Cards for the entire family – adults and children

• Picture ID for all family members 18 years of age and older

• All family members 18 years old and older must appear to provide picture ID and sign application documents
