Eligibility
The Rhinelander Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The RHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The RHA offers two Public Housing communities with 50 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 2 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the RHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 411 W Phillip Street, Rhinelander, WI 54501, from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm CT, Monday-Thursday; and from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm on Fridays.
No documents are needed at this time.
The RHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
