The Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority (O/WCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open and is open indefinitely.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Disabled, Victims of Hate Crimes, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live or Work Locally, Veterans, Displaced by Government Action, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Families or Persons in need of an accessible unit.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
