An Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority (OWCHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open. 

Please note: Waite Rug Place has 1-Bedroom Public Housing units, and 1 and 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher units.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled and veterans.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
